Pittsburgh Symphony violist Andrew Wickesberg shares his thoughts on the New World Symphony
Andrew Wickesberg has been a member of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra since the 2007-08 season. He is originally from Madison, Wisconsin. Mr. Wickesberg earned his Bachelor of Music in Viola and Violin in 2003 from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and a Master of Music in Viola Performance from New England Conservatory. Prior to joining the PSO Mr. Wickesberg was a Fellow with the New World Symphony. He has studied under the direction of Marcus Thompson, Atar Arad and Alan deVeritch.
